Thanks to the experience gained over the years, RAL FILATI offers its customers high quality products, not only taking advantage of the collaboration of leading companies in the production of polyethylene, masters and additives, but also implementing a policy of continuous improvement of the machinery using a team of internal and external technicians in order to obtain cutting-edge production methods in favour of customers.
Internal control
The internal quality department is equipped with equipment that allows constant control of the characteristics of the various types of yarn during the whole processing phase, testing titration, tenacity and elongation.
Currently RAL FILATI with the use of the best raw materials in absolute, can boast a standard tenacity of the Monofilament higher than what foreseen by the UNIPLAST 10406 – 10334 standards (minimum requirements for the realization of nets for agriculture and shading) of 5.80 – 6.00 grams / denier.
External control
For the quality control RAL FILATI has always made use of the competence of external laboratories certified as the Politecnico of Milan, Larac and Agrolinz for analysis both on the yarn and on the finished products.
Recent accelerated aging tests carried out in Belgium by an authoritative laboratory have given excellent results confirming how much RAL FILATI has committed itself to the evolution of its product.
